Additions

When crouching, the 3x3 harvest ability now isn't active.

Added water droplet particles when harvesting.

Now only fully grown crops are harvested with the ability.

Massively optimized code, now uses item tags and predicates instead of manually checking each hoe, allowing for mod support.*

*because of this, the data pack now only works on 1.20.5+
