Fast Nether Portals

Added support up to Minecraft 1.21.1

Changes:

• Added uninstall.mcfunction
• Moved all functions into fnp namespace
• Updated load function tag to include fnp:load instead of minecraft:load

First full release.

• Fixed load function tag so that the pack would actually work

First ever version.

Note: This version didn't work because I messed up the load function tag. I fixed it in Version 0.0.2 [alpha]
