More fixes and changes!

• Defending Reforge: Melee weapon will now be able to hold right click to gain Resistance III for 1s (Reduce all damage by 60%)
• All reforges from Custom Mobs are now craftable, and the custom mobs will be disabled at default. If you wish to enable it, run the following command: /function gamerules:ismobmodification/true
• Self-Repairing Reforge: Fixed the problem of player unable to repair the item while in offhand
• Powerful Reforge: Increase its xp cost to 20 levels
• Experienced Reforge: Removed Melee & Ranged reforge type
• Reforge Anvil: Now plays a sound effect when placed, and fixed the description when mined. Also the placed item will always facing you.
• Cursed Reforge: Fixed the block mob display name problem
• Rampaging Reforge: Added new stat: +500% Attack Speed to the item
• Turbo Reforge: Increased Attack Speed from +150% to +200%

Extra Note: I noticed that some reforges like Leeching doesn't work in Minecraft 1.21.5 version. Investigation will be made and an 1.21.5 version will be released.
