Updated datapack to work in 1.21.5

  • Added support for the new plants:
    • Leaf Litter
    • Wildflowers
    • Short Dry Grass
    • Tall Dry Grass
    • Bush
    • Firefly Bush
    • Cactus Flower
    • Popped Chorus Fruit
  • Fixed issue with Pitcher Plant not dropping the correct item.
  • Made it so you can see all the other advancements if you unlock the first one, so players have an easier time of finding out about features in-game.
  • Fixed Halfpot advancement being granted when placing a One-Tall plant.
  • Updated Modrinth page to showcase new features!
