GoodLoot

Good Loot is a Datapack for version 1.20.4 (with intention to upgrade to previous and future versions).

This datapack focuses only on modifying the current loot tables of Minecraft Java structures using vanilla items that are already in the game, adding more variety of objects, tools, blocks, potions, music discs, and enchanted books in a dynamic and diverse way.

Other cool features of Good Loot is the variation of items depending on the biome (in some structures) and improvements of the loot tables using the luck potion (now obtainable in survival mode).

The idea of this data pack is to improve the old loottables that feel more and more outdated the more versions of the game are released (the armor trims were a miracle in this aspect).

I tried to do it in a way that feels vanilla and that could be in the official game, adding improvements to encourage exploration of both the game world and game mechanics, but without making it too op

Now, a list of interesting things you can find with Good Loot!

🍀Luck: Luck potion is now available in survival mode! you can find it in pillager outpost, woodland mansion and in the strongholds!

✨Lucky loot tables: Now all loot tables improve depending on the player's luck level! There are items exclusive to the luck effect!

🎵Music Disc: Now the music discs Strad, Stal, Wait, Mall, Far, Mellohi, Blocks and Chirp can appear in chests of different structures, each one belonging to a specific structure (they can also be obtained from the vanilla form of skeleton kill creeper).

🏹Tipped Arrows: now depending on the biome the normal arrows of loot tables can be replaced by tipped arrows of damage, poison or slowness.

👀Potions : Potions have been added to some loot tables, to help players in their adventures!

🌼Biodynamic Loot: Now some loot tables may vary depending on the biome in which they are generated, they are not usually very important but it is a detail that is not bad!

🐎Less Armor Horse: horse armors used to appear in many loot tables, now they have been reduced making them rarer and more valuable!

Good Loot modifies the loot tables of the following structures: Classic Spawner Rooms Mineshaft Jungle Pyramids Desert Pyramids Pillager Outpost Woodland Mansion Strongholds End Cities Underwater Ruins (Archeology Included) Shipwreck Nether Fortress Igloo Buried Treasure And makes small changes to Ancient Citys loot

Many more improvements and details to the loottables you will find in Good Loot, there are many things I didnt mention, go and try them!
