Fixed some super obvious issues and changed how death detection works.
In theory this should work properly in multiplayer unlike v0.6.0*, but I haven't been able to test it yet.
*Players who hadn't yet died, but someone else did would get the death achievement, but could continue with the before_death tree. This should now work as expected.
This version includes the start of the advancements trees including the collection log.
Currently the collection log has the following:
- Diamonds
- Netherite ingots
- Enchanted golden apples
- Music discs
I plan on adding more things to the collection log and the adventure portion of the tree as well.
