Aiming to increase the vanilla world height limit, Higher Heights lets you achieve that through a datapack, ranging from 1.18 to the latest releases, this datapack will help you achieve EPIC heights on you builds while remaining vanilla accesible, meaning that any vanilla player in the right version can join your world or play it by downloading it!
The datapack versions can increase your world height limit from 384 blocks (Overworld vanilla) to 512, 1024, 2032, and even 4064 blocks (It's the vanilla limit within datapack capabilities)
⚠︎The Nether cannot go abore y=2032 or below y=0 (sorry)⚠︎ ⚠︎Please make world backups frequently⚠︎
To this date, there is a ~big chance that the world height limit won't change again, so this is your safe way to build some nice skyscrapers or absolutely anything that comes to your mind.
It probably/will cause lag, so be careful with your render distance, and I'd recommend using a performance improving mod or modpack, like Fabulously Optimized
Note that the world won't generate with the build limit, so it will be a normal world (small mountains), though I'm currently (slowly) finding a way to generate absolutely gigantic mountains through the increase height limit.
There are some minor updates coming (Logo's for each datapack version) and I'll make sure to update the datapack to the newest release
This is a datapack originally posted on PlanetMC, I am the author and I will update this datapack and it's versions frequently.
I ported this on modrinth for you to be able to dowload different versions of the datapack. You can request one height <4064 and I'll try to make it a downloadable version.
I made this datapack because at the time (1.20 release), there were no working datapacks that increase the world height
Thank you for your preference :D
Update א: Major problems with lower versions not verifying have been solved (some of them still need rework)
Incoming Logo Update... & More to come
