HigherEnchants

A simple Minecraft datapack that adds higher levels to (most) vanilla enchantments, makes some incompatible enchantments compatible (eg. Sharpness and Smite). Editable .json files in /data/minecraft/enchantment/ allow for changing the highest level for each enchantment.

The default enchantment levels are:

• Aqua Affinity - 3
• Bane Of Arthropods - 8, now compatible with Smite, Sharpness and Tridents
• Blast Protection - 6, now compatible with all other types of Protection
• Breach - 6
• Channeling - 1 (unchanged)
• Density - 8
• Depth Strider - 3 (unchanged)
• Efficiency - 8
• Feather Falling - 7
• Fire Aspect - 4
• Fire Protection - 6, now compatible with all other types of Protection
• Flame - 3, now compatible with Crossbows
• Fortune - 6
• Frost Walker - 5
• Impaling - 8
• Infinity - 1, now compatible with Mending and Crossbows
• Knockback - 5
• Looting - 5
• Loyalty - 5
• Luck Of The Sea - 5
• Lure - 5
• Mending - 3, now compatible with Infinity
• Multishot - 2, now compatible with Piercing
• Piercing - 8, now compatible with Multishot
• Power - 8, now compatible with Crossbows
• Projectile Protection - 6, now compatible with all other types of Protection
• Protection - 8, now compatible with all other types of Protection
• Punch - 5, now compatible with Crossbows
• Quick Charge - 5, basically instant reload (yes this datapack makes Crossbows kinda OP)
• Respiration - 7
• Riptide - 5
• Sharpness - 8, now compatible with Bane Of Arthropods, Smite and Tridents
• Silk Touch - 1 (unchanged)
• Smite - 8, now compatible with Bane Of Arthropods, Sharpness and Tridents
• Soul Speed - 3 (unchanged)
• Sweeping Edge - 5
• Swift Sneak - 5
• Thorns - 6
• Unbreaking - 6
• Wind Burst - 3 (unchanged)
