• Declare support for data formats 63-71 and resource formats 48-55 (25w03a through 1.21.5 and 25w14craftmine).
• Add pack id to pack.mcmeta files to support tools like Weld.

• Declare support for snapshot 25w02a (data format 62 and resource format 47).
• Make pack descriptions translatable.
• Added pack icon to resource pack. (I forgot to copy it over from the data pack!)

• Use custom namespace (instead of minecraft) for sounds.json and lang/en_us.json.
• Fix mistake in resource pack description and shorten decriptions for both packs.
