Piglin Bartering - Removed iron boots and water bottle from drop table, added Hellstone ingot and Netherite Scrap

Enchantment Tweaks

Removed Sharpness, Bane enchants, Protection enchants, Density, Breach and Power for more unique enchants
Removed Looting for more forgiving loot drops
