- Added achievement for obtaining a Katana

- No longer knocks back entities on direct hit, rather does extra damage (circumvents item being deleted upon kill), scales with level
- Fire Archer no longer makes a loud sound for every shot, only for the super explosive shot, this also applies to the Fire Bow

- Added a new settings called Ranged Damage scaling, defaults to 1.8, I know some people enjoy ranged mobs being threatening, and some people hate ranged mobs, here is a setting to change that.

Bugfixes
- Sneezer's sneeze not working
- Prevented Iron Golems from attacking Mooshroom mobs
- Epics in Mushroom Gorge just not spawning all together
- Uncommon Giant Frog not spawning
- Defiance not being defined in enchantment descriptions
- Items dropped from mobs being deleted after explosions (do not use explosives in creative mode, this bypasses)
- Spawning is affected by gravity
- Settings not taking into account current difficulty on first load
- Progression not working for uncommon mobs and above
- Progression being falsely set to slow on first load
- Fire Element not working.
Changes
- Ranged mobs now deals much more damage similar to melee mobs
- Important items are now highlighted when dropped
- Mushroom Element now has a higher chance to cause bad luck when applying size modifications
- Added Golden Apple offhand item to all biomes
- Ranged mobs now has the attack bonus increase offhand item (gold sword)
