Keep inventory nerf

This datapack nerfs the keep_inventory gamerule by damaging armor and tools and taking valuable items on death.

items that can be taken are:

• diamonds
• iron, gold and copper ingots
• raw iron, gold and copper
• emeralds
• experience bottles
• amethyst shards
• iron and gold blocks
• redstone and redstone blocks
• bread
• cookies
• all cooked meat
• baked potatoes
• golden carrots and apples
