spawns should actually work now hopefully
Added a slightly larger, more uncommon variant of a Kobold Outpost with more regular Kobolds. Has optional compatibility with farmer's delight.
Changed ropes to vanilla minecraft ladders to reduce dependencies for a good experience :)
