There isn't much to say; it's very simple:

Once the datapack is installed in your world, it will notify you that it is running correctly.

After 290 seconds, another notification will appear, informing you that all blocks on the ground will be removed in 10 seconds.

Five seconds later, a countdown will begin. When it reaches zero, all dropped items and hostile mobs (some exceptions) will be removed, and the 5-minute timer will automatically restart to repeat the process.

I plan to improve the datapack's efficiency in the future by implementing the removal of other lag-causing factors.
