[Let's Do Addon] Structures

Added:

• Vinery structure - find it in plains, it has a chance to generate with a grape field or an orchard !
• Loot tables: the structure's chests and barrels now have loot inside !

Added:

• Illager camp - generates in meadow forests

Changed:

• Structure now use custom tags for generation biomes instead of meadow's
