Liberty Garden [Cobblemon]

So after playing Cobblemon for about half a year and using multiple addons to get my ultimate collection going I noticed one thing - there is no available model that quite satisfied my expectations for one of my favorite Pokémon - Victini! With the help of RedRibbon & IZetyXX who made this beautiful model and its animations, this addon aims to finally change that!

A beautiful looking Victini
Sleeping functionality / animation
Unique standing & battle animations
Little quirks like blinking or its tail wiggling
Gives you Luck when its shoulder-mounted
Sometimes randomly strikes a victorious pose

Maybe a custom Island/Structure where it can spawn
A unique animation for his signature move V-Create
Battle animations for his physical / special attacks
Fainting animation for when his luck runs out
Unique cry animation and sounds

Victini is an Ultra-Rare spawn in all Savanna, Volcanic and Island biomes
Here's a list of what each category of biomes includes
Greatly reduced odds while it's raining or thundering
Higher chance of spawning in the morning
