Life Series Stop Mining

This datapack warns players to leave the mines and return to the surface within a chosen countdown. If they remain underground after the countdown ends, they will begin to wither away. This system is designed for Life Series specials and mini-rounds.

After the final warning, players have 30 seconds before damage begins. They will also receive earlier warnings at 90, 60, 45, 30, 15, 10, and 5 minutes before the final warning, depending on the countdown you choose.

You can start the system using any of the following commands:

/function stopmining:start_15minute_countdown

/function stopmining:start_30minute_countdown

/function stopmining:start_55minute_countdown

/function stopmining:start_60minute_countdown

/function stopmining:start_90minute_countdown

For example, the 15-minute countdown will trigger the final warning after 15 minutes, and players who remain underground will begin taking damage 15.5 minutes after the command is executed.

This is designed for Life Series minirounds but you can use this for any event where you want people to leave the mines after a certain amount of time. Keep in mind, after the countdown is over there is nothing stopping players from re-entering the mines.
