Adds Heart system from LifeSteal SMP

Version 1.1:

• Maximum 20 Hearts
• Killing a player gives Heart
• Command withdraw takes your Heart
• At start usually 10 Hearts
• Heart is knowledge book
• Heart craft

Version 1.2:

• Customizable amount of maximum hearts
• Customizable amount of starting hearts
• Heart is now with texture pack

Withdraw command:

/trigger withdraw (set <count>)

Customize maximum and starting hearts (this is necessarily to write on v1.2):

/function lifesteal:options {"heartsMax":20,"heartsBase":10}

Tips:

• If you use a Heart item when you already have 20 hearts, then it may visually disappear. Either update the slot or rejoin.
• Although I tried to do it without errors, still don't use too many hearts in 0.05 seconds.
