Fixed witness trim for More Armor Trims mod
Added recipe compat for Twilight and Parasite armor trims, Witness armor trims should be compatible once they are added.

New Difficulty System
After much deliberation, I decided to completely rewrite the difficulty system. The points at which it changes still take place at y level 0 and below, after entering the nether, and after beating the dragon. But the mobs no longer are buffed. They instead are randomly equipped with armor of varying degrees. And with Powerful Trims installed, you can see their armor take effect with trims.

- Added a campfire recipe to cook rotten flesh into leather
- Increased difficulty for Crank up the heat (entering the nether) to punish players for not getting diamond before entering. Also increased (beating the dragon) respectively.
