You can run it even on rd-132211, I was just lazy searching for ornithe that supports that version in some weird archives but it IS possible. Try it out!

Literally Nothing Resource Pack
The pack just replaces the splash text with "Literally Nothing!".
Literally Nothing Shaders
Shaders do remove all block textures, but stuff like entities are still visible. For example, YOU SEE: Sheep, Zombie, Grass, Chest, Signs, Buttons, Item frames, Mobs, Animals, .... YOU CAN'T SEE: Blocks, Dirt, Slabs, etc.

There is Literally none code. That's the explanation for why it works everywhere! I made all the configs for all mod loaders, servers, shaders, resource packs, ...
