WARNING: The dependency of this mod is https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/lucky-block
This data pack will continuously generate lucky blocks at coordinates (0, 0, 0).
If you encounter any problems, please click here to give feedback.
Basics
- If there are non-air blocks at coordinates (0, 0, 0), it will prevent the generation of lucky blocks. Therefore, the data pack will clear the blocks at (0, 0, 0) every 10 seconds.
- To ensure the normal respawn location, the data pack will set the respawn point to (0, 0) with a respawn radius of 0, so that players respawn on the lucky blocks.
- To prevent players from respawning too far away from the lucky blocks due to the accumulation of blocks at (0, 0), the data pack will clear the blocks from (0, 1, 0) to (0, 255, 0) while clearing the blocks at (0, 0, 0).
Optimization
Experience Optimization
- Items dropped within three blocks of the lucky block will be teleported to (0, 1, 0).
- The day-night cycle is turned off and locked to daytime to prevent the sky from getting dark when triggering the lucky block.
- The weather is locked to sunny.
- Players are provided with infinite night vision, glowing effects, and keep inventory on death.
Performance Optimization
- The data pack will clear entities once a minute and display a prompt in the chat box.
Instructions for Playing
- Please try to add the data pack when creating a world. Select the Superflat world type, with the preset as
minecraft:air
, and turn off structure generation. (You can choose to download the map version.) - For lower versions (below 1.16), it is impossible to add data packs before entering the world. Please manually place the data pack in
.minecraft\versions\folder name of the game version\saves\name of the save\datapacks
. Make sure to enable cheats so that you can use the/reload
command to load the data pack. [If the world is void after generation, the spawn point may not be at (0, 0, 0) before loading the data pack. Please manually teleport to (0, 1, 0) (/tp 0 1 0
).] - For lower versions (below 1.18), the minimum building height limit in the Overworld is Y = 0 instead of Y = -64 after the 1.18 update. Some special structures of the Lucky Block mod (such as the wishing well) cannot be fully generated.
The data pack has a relatively wide range of version compatibility. Please leave a message if there are incompatible versions. (Some versions do not have the Lucky Block mod, but the data pack should theoretically work on these versions.)
