Luki's Grand Capitals

-Fixed loot tables not generating in versions 1.20.4 and below.

• Removed vanilla villages, not going to add them back since so many people wanted them gone.
• Nerfed village and outpost loot.
• Change the block palettes of the Plains village.

• Welcome to Beta!
• Separated Grand Capitals from vanilla villages, other village structure mods are now usable along with Grand Capitals.
• Mod compat for the following: Bountiful, Waystone mods, More Villagers, Villagers Plus, and any other mods that change the village structure (Better Villages, etc).
• Changed the loot tables of everything to use the same name as their vanilla counterparts, so now (hopefully) you should be able to get loot from other mods. (I haven't tested this so we'll see.)
• Villages can now spawn as either a town or a capital. The difference between the 2 is size. A capital is 20% to appear instead of a town.
• Redid the plains village roofs, they are no longer messy looking.
• Removed lava from every village, no more blacksmiths burning down (this one was a long time coming, sorry!)
