Lush & Sulfur worldgen

Generate worlds where only lush caves and sulfur caves spawn. On a surface plains villages can be found in lush caves biome, and desert villages in sulfur caves biome. Ruined portals, geodes, mineshafts and strongholds spawn naturally. Nether and End are untouched.
