Changed technical method of obtaining cards to involve advancements so that the pack (hopefully) won't break with future updates or other data packs. Cards are still obtained from chests.

Cards can now be obtained from shipwrecks and underwater ruins. Card packs of the same type now have uniform chances across all sources.
