Adds Smithing Table recipes to upgrade tools to each tier.

Upgrade paths for tools:

Wood -> Stone -> Gold -> Iron -> Diamond

Upgrade path for armor:

Leather -> Gold -> Iron -> Diamond

Note for Version 2.0.0+: 1.20+ requires a template item in the recipe, so Lapis will be required in the template slot for all tool upgrades (except Netherite, which will continue to use the Netherite Upgrade Template).
