This datapack adds over 50+ new advancements of varying difficulty for a vanilla Nether-only survival challenge.

To keep the challenge as vanilla as possible, this pack does not make gameplay changes other than experience rewards and automatically sets the default spawn in the nether. All attainable in-game advancements are kept, and several have been reworked to account for limited resources in the nether.

Sample challenges

  • Hydroplosive - Kill three Blazes using a single water bottle splash
  • The Conquerer - Remove every Chest and Gold Block in a Bastion Remnant
  • Nether Hunted - Kill one of every hostile monster
  • Jockey Tower - Get chased a baby Hoglin with three riders
  • Recipe Head - Discover all crafting recipes

Although it is possible to obtain copper items on 1.21.9+ Normal and Hard, it is not required for any challenges.

Use /tag @s remove nether_restricted to access the Overworld.
