Charge it to shoot glowing resin projectiles that slow enemies. Hold it at night to summon a Resinbound Creaking that follows and defends you.

Your companion ignores your pets, reveals an owner trail when hit, and can teleport back when left far behind. Putting the wand away ends the bond with the Creaking’s death animation.

The wand features a glowing animated orb, custom sounds, and charging animations. Shooting and companion attacks use durability.

A new illager found in Pale Garden huts, woodland mansions, and raids.

He fights with a Creaking Wand, summons his own companion, retreats when approached, and briefly turns invisible at low health.

Don’t wave your wand at him: he can turn your carried Creaking Wands into spider eyes.

Drops emeralds, resin clumps, and—with a 20% chance—a Resin Orb, its only survival source.

Combine a Totem of Undying + Resin Orb to craft the Illagers’ Totem.

Wear it in your offhand and illagers become your allies. Villagers and iron golems won’t appreciate your new friends.

Its orange eyes glow, and it still saves your life like a normal totem. Curse of Binding keeps it equipped until it’s consumed.

Hire pillagers, vindicators, evokers, witches, and Creakologers with emeralds. Tame ravagers with cooked meat.

• Keep up to 7 hires, each with 25% extra health.
• Heal them with bread; hired witches can heal you.
• Order them to follow, guard an area, or ride with you.
• Trade for supplies and level up their shops.
• Press V to manage hires, accept friendly players, or teleport companions to you.
• Choose which monsters guards attack.
• Shift + right-click neutral mobs to keep your illagers from attacking them.

Ride your tamed ravager without a saddle, jump two blocks, and press Left Ctrl to attack.

There’s room for you and one hired illager. Ravagers also clear leaves while ridden when mobGriefing allows it.

Blow a goat horn outside a village to call a vindicator captain and three pillagers. At low health, a healing witch may join them.

Use the horn inside a village with your totem equipped to start an illager assault.

Illager allies fight to eliminate villagers; other players defend the village against the illagers. Win with your company to earn emeralds, diamonds, possible totems, and better trades.
