Enchantment Overhaul

• Fixed issue keeping the pack from loading due to two tooltip_order files I didnt think the game would bother reading. It was trying to load enchantments from Dual Swords, and Farmer's Delight. Should be fixed now.

Should work for everything 1.21.4 and up. Potentially even lower versions.

Fixed Levels
Simple Skills
