Pigeon's Poke Pack [1.5.1]

Late fix for cobblemon's 1.5 release fixing crash issue with the fomantis and petilil lines

Snorunt, Glalie and Froslass make their way into PigeonPack with a complete set of animations. They spawn in cold and freezing areas!

Volcanion movement animation reworked

fixes issues with hisuian lilligant brought about when adapting datapack changes into species additions files.

Fomantis and Lurantis arrive on the scene, along with various fixes to the old posers and emissives (so you won't be blinded by blipbug and volcanion if you're playing with shaders) and volcanion receiving its own brand new cry.
