Player Death Reworked

• fixed items disappearing when spawn chuncks are not always loaded
• fixed dropped items stuck in the ground

• fixed duping bug for goat horns & spectral arrows
• max player health is now regenerating each morning regardless if a player has slept before
• sleeping gives regeneration & saturation effects

• the datapack now supports any max health value and not just the default 20

• made annoying particles on dropped items less annoying

• updated for latest pre release

• added compasses and clocks to list of undropable items

fixed a bug where players did not have to sleep in bed in order for getting max health regen

fixed a bug where player health could go lower than 5 hearts lost
