Players Explode

If players get too close, they go boom.
This datapack adds a chaotic twist to multiplayer Minecraft: if two or more players stand within 1 block of each other, they will instantly explode.

How It Works

  • When multiple players are within 1 block of each other, they explode (with explosions).
  • There is a 5-second cooldown after each explosion to prevent chain reactions (regrettably).
  • The blast is fatal — no one walks away from this (except maybe with netherite?).

Intended For

  • Multiplayer survival or co-op chaos (because why not)
  • Challenge maps (if you make one, I want to see it)
  • Just messing around with friends (don't burn bridges)

Notes

  • Explosions are centered on the players' toes, so keep your distance!
  • Works in both singleplayer (with multiple players) and dedicated servers.
