QoL Nether Harvest

The aim of this Datapack is to help players feel the Minecraft mechanics are more cohesive, making a little change: How the Nether flora breaks.

• The Crimson Fungus and Warp Fungus need shears to drop. If you hit them with your hand, they will just break.
• Warped Roots and Crimson Roots do the same. Now, they only drop if broken with shears.
• Warped and Crimson Wart Blocks only drop when broken with a hoe.

This has been a pet peeve of mine since 1.16 dropped nearly six years ago. I know other datapacks like this exist, but this is as vanilla friendly as it gets. I made this using the Gemini AI.
