Create: Rare Package Tags

adds an item tag to Rare Packages for Create Forge 1.20.1 to allow for attribute filtering, as list filters appear to be unable to differentiate between regular and rare packages. This datapack is intended for Forge, as I'm pretty sure the other modloaders do not have this issue (?)

Comes as a datapack or a mod, your pick, I guess.

Only affects vanilla create rare packages, though I am more than willing to add any other addons' custom rare packages to the datapack if contacted. You'll probably be able to find me on almost every social media platform under the same username.

I'm not sure how useful this will be, but it helped me, so maybe it'll save someone else in the future from this very annoying scenario.
