Raw Ore to Blocks

• Updated recipes to the new 1.21.2 format
• Bumped the datapack format

• Changed project icon
• Minor changes to advancements
• Minor changes to recipe unlockers
• Fixed bug number B-001 - wrong advancement description

• Fixed a bug where the advancements wasn't granted on versions 1.20.x
• Unified all version to the single file
• Now you unlock the recipes by obtaining raw ore blocks, instead of using the recipe for the first time.

Same changes as in 1.0.2 and 1.1.1

In adddition:

• Made the datapack compatible with Minecraft 1.21

Same changes as in 1.0.2 but compatible with MC 1.20.5 and 1.20.6

• Changes made to advancements for MC 1.20.0 - 1.20.4:
  • Deleted existing advancement and replaced it with a root advancement, granted to player after installing the datapack.
  • Added 3 new advancements. One for each block smelted or blasted. Reward for each of them is 15XP
• Updated the icon to be uniform with my other projects.

• Made the datapack compatible with MC 1.20.5 and 1.20.6

• Changed achievement criteria trigger to minecraft:recipe_crafted
• Changed amount EXP given as the reward for making an echievement from 10 to 50
