- Added sacrifice system (allows you to sacrifice yourself or others in order to revive a deceased player as an alternative to the totem of resurrection); Has a 50/50 chance to work when sacrificing others; 15 block radius
- Added new sacrificial gemstone item (uncharged variant: sacrifices yourself, charged variant: sacrifices the player you charged the gem with); Can be charged by killing players
Changes:
- Reduced the radius that a player has to be in in order to revive a deceased (10 -> 3)
- Particles spawned by the datapack now ignore particle settings and will always show
- More internal tweaks and additions
- Changed custom death message behavior: The game will now choose one message out of a pool of death messages. You may add more if you feel like it. (8 default messages)
- Other smaller tweaks and changes
- New configuration options: sendMinecraftDeathMessage (default: false), sendDeathMessage (default: true), playGlobalDeathSounds (default true), sendRevivalMessage (default true), playGlobalRevivalSounds (default true).
