Rotten Flesh to Leather

Adds a few simple, vanilla style ways to get rid of spare rotten flesh.

This currently includes:

• Smoking rotten flesh to receive leather
• Smelting rotten flesh to receive brown dye

This datapack is meant to be clean and simple, only adding the required recipes. It should be compatible with anything you like.
