Spawn Fly Swatter

Removes the deadly and super hazardous to player enjoyment particle mob the fly from Spawn.

Due to Spawn making this mob a particle Mods like In-Control or Mob Obliterator do not work on it, fortunately most of the conditions where it spawns are controlled by tags, so this datapack just voids those tags. To clarify this does not truly remove flies as they can still spawn from empty chests or fly bottles, it just prevents them from spawning naturally like through zombies or farm animals.
