Crafting recipe demonstration for using Glow Berries as a substitute for Glowstone Dust to craft a Spectral Arrow

In order to maintain balance with Vanilla, using Glow Berries to substitute Glowstone Dust has the downside of just giving 1 Arrow, instead of 2.

This crafting recipe merges in a group with the existing Spectral Arrow recipe, so it does not take up extra space in the Recipe Book.
