Suspicious Sand & Gravel Crafting

In Vanilla Minecraft, both blocks of Suspicious Sand and Gravel are very tedious to get. The easiest way is to wait a long time while the blocks fall into cobwebs.

Instead, this datapack / mod adds recipes for both that are pretty balanced.
