Adds an enchantment to the Spyglass that allows freecam-like movement in a vanilla-friendly way.

Fixed bug where player could enter spectator with leashed entity and pull it around by preventing entering spectator with leashed entities.
Added sound effects and particles as well as a new name for the enchantment "Ender Sight" (a suggestion from leslieglitch). Also prevented using the enchant while suffocating.
