Existed since 1.13, BlockSeat is a datapack lets you sit anywhere you want!
Sitting is designed to be seamless, so as not to mess with regular gameplay.

📜 Features:

• Simple and seamless sitting:
  • Simply crouch twice rapidly to start sitting!
• Lots of places to sit on!
  • Each block has 9 possible spots you can sit on, giving you more room to express yourself!
• Supports all solid surfaces!
  • Any surface that's solid and stable, you can sit on it.
  • It doesn't even have to be on a block!
• In-game Settings: Customize BlockSeat to fit your worlds!
  • Simply type /function tdp.config:blockseat in chat to get started.
• Works well with my other datapacks!
• Works in Multiplayer!

🤔 It's not working, help!

• If you can't access in-game settings or debug commands, open to LAN and enable Allow Commands!
  • If you're in a Server, you'll need to /op yourself first!
  • Before 1.20.5, this option was called Allow Cheats.
• For any other problems, you can contact me personally here!
  • I'll personally respond to all help requests that's been sent here.
    Reply times may vary - there's just me working on all this, but I'll always help you out when I can.

📝 PS:

• Each version was designed and optimized for their respective Minecraft release, so you'll always get the best performance and features possible for the releases you're playing on.
  • I could make builds that supports multiple versions at once, but it also means adding extra stuff only to support game releases that it won't be run on. It just doesn't make sense to me.
• 9 spot sitting are only available for builds designed for Minecraft 1.21 and beyond.
  • Old version supports are possible simply becase this pack has existed for far longer elsewhere.
  • I'll look into backporting options if there's enough demand for it.
    • I know my way around the formats for old Minecraft releases, been around since datapacks first started back in 2017.
    • It's just that doing it takes time and money that I don't really have, unless there's a lot of demand for it.
• Due to Modrinth's limitations, this version is not the best of what I've got.
