A simple and lightweight Teleport Request (TPA) system for Minecraft, powered by datapacks and scoreboards.
Features
- Request to teleport to another player using
/trigger - Target player receives a clickable message to accept the request
- Once accepted, the requester is instantly teleported to the target's location

This datapack relies on the scoreboard id feature provided by a mod or data-driven system that assigns unique IDs via scoreboard objectives.
Must be installed and enabled before loading this datapack.
How to Use

Send a TPA Request
Run the following command in chat:/trigger teleport.tpa set <player_id>Replace<player_id>with the target player's scoreboard ID. -
Receive the Request
The target player will receive a chat message with a clickable[Accept]button. -
Accept the Request
The target player clicks[Accept].
→ The requester is immediately teleported to their location.
Notes
- Only one active request per player at a time.
- Requests automatically expire after a short duration if not accepted.
- This datapack does not modify core gameplay mechanics beyond teleportation.
- Compatible with multiplayer servers.
Installation
- Download and place the datapack into your world's
datapacksfolder. - Restart the server or run
/reload. - Ensure the Scoreboard ID dependency is properly configured.
Uninstallation
- Delete the datapack from the
datapacksfolder. - Run
/reload. - Optionally remove related scoreboard objectives if no longer needed.
Simple. Fast. Vanilla-friendly.
