Only immortal mace

This datapack/mod makes mace basically immortal. Recipe is now dragon egg for heavy core. Mace gets glowing, cant burn or despawn and ever die to a cactus

Also, Mace has void protection. When mace is on y</=-63 it strikes lightning, teleports to 0 100 0 (also with lightning) and server tells everyone that the Mace is on spawn. This works in every dimension, even if you died to void holding it.
