The entire datapack has been completely rewritten, with the following changes:

• In the previous version, you had to use blocks on transportation without sneaking in order to install blocks on it; in this version you must sneak.
• In the previous version, you had to hold the block in your main hand and use it on transportation to add blocks to it. In this version, you can hold it in either the main hand or the off-hand.
