With this data pack, it's easy to query information about villagers, such as workstation and home location, experience, inventory contents, and more. See below for a showcase, installation guide, and usage guide.
Showcase
How to install
Download all required files:
- The main zip from modrinth or the releases page.
- The required library from modrinth
Drop both files into your world's datapacks/
folder, or add them when creating a new world (More
> Data Packs
, drag and drop files into Minecraft
window, move data packs to the right panel).
How to use
Look at any villager and run one of the following commands:
/trigger villager_stats
: Show the villager's name, health, profession, biome variant, level, experience, home (bed location), job site location, and inventory contents. You can see an example below:
/trigger villager_block set <n>
: Highlight either a villager's job site (n = 1) or home (bed) (n = 2). So, to highlight a villager's job site, look at it and run/trigger villager_block set 1
.
