KawaMood's Waystones

This version specifically fixes issues from V.3.6.0 changes:

• Waystones' custom name weren't preserved anymore when placed in survival mode if the stack in hand had a count of 1.
• Waystones weren't refund after failling placing attempts in survival mode if the stack in hand had a count of 1. Now the item is given back as expected. This refund now also handles MC-239935.
• The checking process before teleportation always considered that you were mounting a vehicle, resulting into players being teleported with an offset of two blocks from the Waystone.
