Waystones beta 2.0

• The waystone item

The waystone item is a global waystone usable by anyone, you may still use a linking compass on it.

It is crafted with 3 amethyst shards, 3 enderpearls, 2 eyes of ender and a lodestone

Waystones will display in a 2 column dialog

• Linking compass cooldown
• Settings The settings includes the time to use the linking compass and its cooldown
• Settings Menu The settings menu can be opened with /function waystones:settings

Changes

• The linking compass now uses a 0 seconds consume time by default
• The type control library is required due to waystone addition
