Added a setting to consume items
- Totems of Warping consume ender pearls
- Totems of Recovery consume echo shards
- the toggle is at data/xtligh/function/warp_totem/config.json (defaults to false)
Makes the totems have infinite uses. Known issues include no sound being played while it's charging and a slight graphical error if the totem is still being used after teleported.
Currently warps player to lodestone when calibrated and to their spawnpoint when not. If a player does not have a spawnpoint and the totem is not calibrated nothing happens.
