26.3 Slab and Stair Backport

A quick mod I popped together for my Fabric Cobblemon server, as there were no 1.21.1 Fabric backports for wool or concrete stairs and slabs.

How to install this mod?

1. Download Fabric from www.fabricmc.net and run the installer.
2. Open .minecraft/mods and drag and drop the mod .jar into the folder.
3. Load the game!
