Custom Server Addresses

The mod will not be rebranding, but you can connect to a server other than 2b2t by changing the server IP in the config (there was no reason for it to be hard-coded)

Joining Simplification

Bugfixes now allow the mod to connect successfully without an external autoreconnect mod! You also don't have to be on the main title menu specifically, just outside of a world.
